Question: What were your key takeaways/ learnings from these visits?

Answer: At Capisco, our clients are mainly made up of Interior designers, Architects (commercial & residential) and companies who specialise in commercial and workplace fit outs. All of our clients had very similar feedback which was to have a soft and hard copy of a product catalogue which also included pricing, efficient communication, competitive pricing, product quality covered with a lifetime warranty, on time delivery, samples for client viewing.

Answer: I am all about taking on feedback and understand 3 simple questions:

  1. What went well from your previous experience?
  2. What are some of the areas for us to improve on?
  3. What would you like to see more of moving forward?
